3D Platformer Game

Game Description

Out Of Reach is a 3D platformer delivery game. Players will be playing as a deliveryman in a post-apocalyptic setting where radiation is everywhere. He has to go pick up deliveries for the needs of the remaining survivor without getting too much radiation exposure and turning into a zombie himself. 

Project Details

  • Team size: 9 (7 Programmers, 2 Designers)

  • Prototyped in unity first, before transferring to custom engine made by programmers

  • Role: Lead Designer

As Lead Designer

  • Level design

  • Mechanics and concept design

  • C# scripting in unity for mechanics and gameplay

  • Host gameplay testing sessions and gather feedback

  • Regular meeting with the tech team to align our milestone goals

  • Planning of design team schedules

  • Transfering of gameplay from unity into the custom engine
